went to akon's concert at downtown east on saturday!! my dad scored 4 free tickets and so i asked lee and her other half along but he wasnt really an akon fan so she invited her classmate instead.
anyway the concert was AWESOME. i wasn't an akon fan actually but all that's changed now. i wanna have black babies!!! hurhur anyway it was really good. even though we had to wait like an hour and a half for him to make his appearance. the music was good and the dj was absolutely charismatic. his got a way cute mowhawk to match. at one stage akon got onto someone's shoulders and came all the way into the crowd. i was so close to touching him. damn!! but the crowd was like crazy surging towards him like bees to honey man. my feet got stampeded (i swear i could hear my toes crack) and it was bloody hot. i'm sure lee hasnt seen that side of me. heh (the crazy fanatic-siao-scream-push-girls outta the way side).
managed to smuggle in my camera. and so i've got 3 footages of him. the music's a bit screwed but its still gd :)
